These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. To access the full company Terms and Conditions, go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ebonyfagbuyi.com\/index.php\/de\/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">German AGB<\/a> on this website.<\/p><p><strong>By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Bookings<\/strong><br \/>In the event of a booking request of Ebony Fagbuyi (Fagbuyi Service Consulting &amp; Training), the two parties will design an official agreement of service delivery and honorarium. The agreement is only accepted when both parties officially agree upon its terms.<\/p><p>Bookings that require Ebony Fagbuyi to execute a customer designed service onsite and outside Germany as well as larger program designs, will include a prepayment.<\/p><ul><li>Programs: a minimum of 50% (incl. taxes) is due with the official booking<\/li><li>Bookings outside Germany: all travel, ground transportation and hotel bookings have to be made by the client at least 3 weeks prior to the event<\/li><li>Speaking engagements outside Germany: all travel, ground transportation and hotel bookings have to be made by the client at least 3 weeks prior to the event. 50% of the agreed upon honorarium (incl. taxes) is due with the official booking<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Copyright<\/strong><br \/>When booking Ebony Fagbuyi (Fagbuyi Service Consulting &amp; Training) the client receives rights to use the customer designed materials, blueprints, analysis, reports, drafts, training concepts and similar work results only for internal usage and its original purposes.<\/p><p>All productivity created by Ebony Fagbuyi, her team or third parties that work with and for Ebony Fagbuyi, remains under the copy right of Ebony Fagbuyi. That includes also work that has been displayed on her website, social media and onsite venues.<\/p><p><strong>Disruptions and Cancellations<\/strong><br \/>In the event of act of nature beyond control, Ebony Fagbuyi is allowed to cancel the appointment, training or event and will either re-schedule or refund any payments towards her made by the client prior to the execution of her services. Ebony Fagbuyi will not be hold responsible for any other expenses that will occur for the client due to her cancellation. This not only but also includes bookings for travel, hotel, venues and third parties.<\/p><p>In the event that the client needs to cancel the agreement, the following payment rules take place:<\/p><ul><li>up until 6 weeks prior to the planned event 25% payout of the total amount, up until 4 weeks prior to the planned event 50% payout of the total amount,<\/li><li>up until 3 weeks prior to the planned event 60% payout of the total amount,<\/li><li>up until 2 weeks prior to the planned event 80% payout of the total amount, of the agreed honorarium incl. taxes,<\/li><li>up until 1 week prior to the planned event 100% payout of the total amount.<\/li><\/ul><p>Any travel bookings, which have been purchased by Ebony Fagbuyi before the official cancellation, have to be refunded in full.<\/p><p><strong>Purchases<\/strong><br \/>If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (\u201ePurchase\u201c) online, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including name, address, email address, credit card or PayPal information, without limitation.<\/p><p><strong>Subscriptions<\/strong><br \/>Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (\u201eSubscription(s)\u201c). You will be billed in advance on a recurring time frame.<\/p><p><strong>Links To Other Web Sites<\/strong><br \/>Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fagbuyi Service Consulting &amp; Training<\/p><p>Fagbuyi Service Consulting &amp; Training has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
