I am successful when you succeed!
LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF.
Why is Leadership important for me?
Simply because I learned that. Leadership is influence nothing more nothing less A quote by JohnM axwell. And I learned that Leadership changes the life of others, so I better be a real good leader to those I lead.
At the Age of 22 I decided to intentionally add value to other people within a start-up by helping them understand communication and its positive power when used effectively. Soon the customer satisfaction ranking went up as well as the retention rate. The company grew. Against all odds, at the age of 24, I built and led my first training and coaching department. Shortly after leading this department I owned responsibility for the education of over 150 colleagues.
BUT I did not grow intentionally with my responsibilities. Meeting the demands was very challenging.
After I realised that I needed to become more in order to give more. I decided to find resources and mentors which will help me grow. It took me approx. 8 years to gather, evaluate, try and filter what was helpful and effective.
Thus, helping other people in various ways (team building, service delivery, sales, leading, networking, building character, etc.) decreases their time of finding effective tools and increases their time to effectively grow their success.
Being a customer service agent in 2000, internal trainer & coach in 2004, manager of the complaint management in 2007 and head of training & coaching in 2013, gave me the experience to lead various projects and individuals around the globe. To stay up to date and grow in my strengths zone is a necessity, that's why I am getting now certified as Business Mediator in order to create authentic cultures, bring mutual understanding and agreements for the greater good in organisations.
Today I also function as a voluntary business coach for the non-profit organization chikondis e.V. and partnered with the ICD (Institute for Cultural Deplomacy) in Berlin and the leadership expert John C. Maxwell.
